7. Certifications

Certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of course requirements. Innovative Academy reserves the right to withhold certificates if course requirements are not met. External certifications (e.g., AWS, Linux) are subject to the respective certification body's terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Innovative Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. While we strive to provide quality education and placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment or specific job outcomes.
