Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Fees

Course fees paid to Innovative Academy are non-refundable. Once a fee has been paid, it will not be refunded, whether in part or in full, and whether or not the student attends the course.

We encourage prospective students to attend a counselling session and clarify the course content, schedule, duration and fees before making a payment. Our team is available to answer any questions beforehand.

2. Cancellation

An enrolment may be cancelled by the student at any time, but no refund of fees already paid will be made on cancellation.

3. Courses Cancelled by Us

If Innovative Academy cancels a course before it begins, affected students will be offered a place in the next available batch of the same course, or an alternative course of equivalent value.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

This policy applies to fees that have been received by us. It does not apply to a payment that failed, or to an amount debited more than once for the same fee. If money has left your account but your payment shows as unsuccessful, or you have been charged twice, please contact us with the order ID shown on the payment confirmation page and we will investigate with our payment gateway. Any amount found to have been debited in error is returned to the original payment method.
